2016 Sparkling Rose Bottle

It's pink. Welcome to our 2016 Sparkling Rose. This is our first time making a Sparkling Rose. It is 100% Pinot Noir, barrel aged for 1 year and 1 year in the bottle before disgorging. We only produced 22 cases of this Estate Sparkling wine. This 2016 Sparkling Rose has lively bubbles that shimmer with hints of cherry, soft citrus undertones, a roundness that is soft on the pallet and a great Pinot Noir nose. There is no sugar added in the dosage of this Brut Nature Saprkling.
