2017/2018 Non Vintage Blanc de Noirs, Brut Nature

This is our first non-vintage Champagne sytle sparkling wine. Sixty-seven percent of the grapes were from 2018 and thirty-three percent from 2017. 100% Pinot Noir with essance of ripe strawberries, pink roses and banana cream pie. Soft lemon meringue starts the party and is soon followed by raspberry tart. Hints of grapefruit zest balance the flavor profile while Mandarin orange lingers with the long finsh.
