Our 2023 extra virgin olive oil was picked in mid December.  The trees we grow are two Italian varietals, Leccino & Pendolino.  The oil this year is unfiltered.  We decided to let the oil sit for 2 months to naturally settle to the bottom of the drum.  This increases the phenolics in the oil.

We grow about 200 Camellia sinensis bushes on the farm.  The seed came from the black tea region in Turkey.  Germinated here and planted in 2005.  It is hand picked and dried.  Each package has 15 grams of fresh dried tea.  Make it green style or Turkish.
