This fresh and elegant Chardonnay releases scents of lemon zest, brioche, and white flowers.  On the palate it exhibits a creamy combination of tropical fruits, citrus, and sea salt with acid as a dominant component of its structure.

This Chardonnay is a blend of three barrels. Ripe nectarine, lemon curd, and a touch of sea breeze blend with bright acidity. Drink now or age for several years.

The 2020 Blanc de Blanc is made with 100 % Wente Cahrdonnay, aged in barrel for 26 months and in tirage for four  years, bright acids and round body make this wine balanced and unique in the palate. 

Our 2018 eleven barrel blend of Pinot Noir expresses a perfume nose with black cherry and cranberry backbone with a deep earthiness and hints of tobacco.  A mild spicy mid pallet finish with 27% new oak gives way to hints of vanilla.

Our 2018 Reserve Pinot Noir was in neutral barrels for 39 months.   Lovely concentration and tannins.  

Our 2019 Pinot Noir is bright cherry all the way and packed with flavor.  It is a 9 barrel blend of all neutral barrels from our front vineyard. 

2019 Pinot Noir Cuvée was created using one new oak barrel blended with seven neutral barrels. Succulent mouth feel.

Cherry, jasmine and sweet rose petals can be found in this complex nose wine. 30% new French oak enhances the flavor with vanilla. French plum, ripe berries and a long clean finish add the enjoyment.

The 2022 Pinot Noir is a blenad of all our pinot clones (2A, calera, pommard 4 and 115) 

Pinot Meunier is a dark-berried grape variety, most famously used in the Champagne blend in Champagne France. Less highly acclaimed than Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier is something of a quiet workhorse in Champagne. The word Meunier is French for "miller", and refers here to the pinkish color of the underside of the vines' leaves.

NEW 2017 Blanc et Noirs (Champagne):   No sugar was added in dosage to this dry 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay sparkling blend.  31 cases were produced.  Just recently disgorged, this bright sparkling was aged 4 years.  The floral nose is followed by lemon citrus.  Soft acidity makes for easy drinking.  

2020 Sparkling Blueberry (Champagne).  This sophisticated sparkling wine is made from 100% blueberries harvested from our Jewel variety.  Dark in the bottle, when poured, has a beautiful purple color.  This is the only sparkling wine that has dosage added.  A mere 4 parts per million of sugar.  Fun and refreshing, drink anytime..  PRICE $75

Our 2018 sparkling Blanc de Noir was aged 5 years in the bottle.  Lovely, easy drinking wine that pairs with everything.  100% Pinot noir.

Blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardannay Wente.

Small production of bold Cabernet Sauvignon, the sensual Merlot and a fruity Cabernet Franc.  Aged in French Oak barrles for 24 months, 20% new oak.

This medium body wine expresses low alcoholic scents with a mix of plum and dark cherries. Notes of herbs and blackberries layered with hints of cedar are accompanied by an undertone of mocha. Enjoy the soft tannins and a velvety finish on the palate.
