Our 2017 Reserve Pinot Noir spent 3 years in the barrel.  Soft spices are the backdrop for a burst of cherry amid a depth of flavor.  Dark garnet in color, this meduim-body Pinot has a soft texture and structured acidity.  Try pairing with salmon, roasted vegitables, lean meats, and goat cheese.
