2018 Chardonnay   

Our 2018 Chardonnay is intense, complex, elegant and vibrant!  The citrus blossom nose leads to a joyous harmony of flavors of tropical fruit.  Crenshaw melon and lemon curd.  Malo-latic fermentation gives this wine creaminess while barrel aging supplies a full mouthfeel.  A super-long finish allows enjoyment even when the glass is empty.  Try pairing with cheeses, chicken, squash, shelfish and almonds.
